- right amounts of certain fruits = energy
- get extra fiber with your fruit
- fruit has fiber in addition to sugar
- balance fruit with grains
- use fruit as a topping
- 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day
- beware of sugars in bottled fruit juices
- beware of chemicals added to canned and dried fruits
